Placing an Order

To place an order go to the Products page.  Click on the item you wish to order and complete the Customer Information Form.  The Shopping Cart will summarize your order and ask you to confirm your purchase.   We offer secure online oerdering and accept all major credit cards.

Once we receive your order a confirmation of your purchase will be made via email.

Orders are generally shipped in 5-10 days.

Shipping Charges

We ship UPS  ground within the 48 contiguous states.  Our Shopping Cart will automatically calculate shipping charges prior to purchase.  The weight listed with an item is dimensional weight which UPS uses to calculate their charges.  The weight listed is not actual weight.  You will be able to view the shipping charges in the Shopping Cart.

Local delivery in the Tampa area is free.

A sales tax of 7% is added to all orders in Florida.

Payments

Online payments can be made with Mastercard, Visa or Discover card through our secure server. 

Personal checks must be deposited and cleared before the merchandise is shipped.  Returned checks will be charged $25.00.

Refund Policy

Please notify us within 15 days of purchase if you have a problem with the item you.  Refunds will be made for the price of the item upon return.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
